As you can see, I’ve updated the look of the site slightly. The backend has had an upgrade as well, and should run a little faster and smoother. The plan is to make it easier for me to make entries in the hope that I will actually make some.
The intention is to start regularly putting down some thoughts about IT management, now that I’ve been in the game for a while. There is so much that could be done better, and the world of IT is still so new that it’s not well understood how to manage it; at least, it seems that way to people without an IT background, who seem to make up the majority of the managers I deal with.
I also plan to share some tips and tricks that I discover in my daily dealings with technology. It can be very frustrating when there’s nothing much out there on the web about some weird issue you happen to be facing.
